Sade (pronounced “shah-day”) is a Grammy-winning, world-famous English singer, who achieved success in the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s. Her music features elements of jazz, funk, soul and rnb.

Sade made her debut in December 1982 at Ronnie Scott’s Club in London, England, in support of Pride. In May 1983 Sade performed at Danceteria Club in New York, NY, United States. It was the first US Sade show. She received more attention from the media and record companies and separated finally.
